Set up your family on one parent’s phone. Children report achievements, parents approve stamps, and parents record payment after handing over the money.

PIN and backups

Check the recovery option on the parent PIN screen. Device authentication availability depends on your setup. We cannot recover your PIN or backup password.

Contact

Tell us your app version, Android version and the steps leading to the issue. Do not send your child’s real name, PIN or backup password. Email is sent only after you choose to send it in your mail app.
