愛車の整備予定帳 · com.roaco.garage
1. Operator and scope
ARABEKUTO,K.K. (株式会社アラベクト), located at 4-23-6 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0074, Japan (“we”), provides the Android app 愛車の整備予定帳 (com.roaco.garage). Contact us about privacy at support@arabect.jp. This policy covers this app and support enquiries about it, separately from our other apps. Effective date: 2026-09-07.
Person responsible for personal information protection: Representative Director 窪道弘幸.
2. Information stored on your device
The app is designed for vehicle owners and people managing vehicles aged 18 and over. It is not intended for people under 18.
Vehicle profiles, maintenance records, costs, reminders, notes, selected photos and document photos, and preferences are stored on your device to provide the app’s features. The app does not upload this content to our servers or RevenueCat. You choose which photos to import. Documents may contain personal details, so take care when sharing your device or backups.
3. Purchase-related processing
We use Google Play and RevenueCat to retrieve purchase information, process purchases and restoration, and verify access to paid features. No separate app login is required. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history and verification information, entitlements, and technical information needed for SDK and app operation. An anonymous identifier does not mean that no potentially personal information is processed. Network connections also disclose information such as your IP address to the receiving service.
These processes support billing, restoration, fraud prevention, and understanding purchase activity. Payment details such as card numbers are handled through Google Play’s checkout; we do not ask you to enter them in the app. SDK initialization and entitlement checks may communicate with these services even if you do not make a purchase.
The app contains no advertising or advertising SDK. Optional automatic device identifier collection in RevenueCat is disabled; this does not disable its purchase identifier or purchase history processing.
4. Backups and permissions
With your permission, the app uses device notifications for reminders. Photos and files are selected through Android’s system picker. You can disable notifications in device settings.
Manual backups are exported as encrypted files to a location you choose. If you choose cloud storage, that service’s terms and privacy practices also apply. This is not automatic cloud synchronization by us. Keep your backup file and password safe.
The app is configured to disable Android automatic app backup. Use the app’s manual backup and restoration features when moving devices. Restoring a data backup and restoring a purchase are separate operations.
5. Retention, deletion, and security
Local information remains until you remove the relevant data, clear the app’s storage through Android, or uninstall the app, as applicable. Exported backups and original photos are separate and must be managed or deleted at their storage locations.
We retain the minimum purchase-related information needed to verify and restore your purchase entitlement for as long as those purposes continue. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized. We do not delete restoration information solely because you have not used the app for a long time, but we do not retain all purchase information permanently. Where legal obligations or dispute handling require retention, we limit it to what is necessary for those reasons. The three-year retention period for support handling records does not apply to the entire purchase history.
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information within our control. We may request limited information to verify your request. We handle deletion requests individually under applicable law. Deleting purchase information is separate from a Google Play refund or deletion of local records and may affect restoration. We may not be able to delete all information independently retained by Google Play through our own actions. Using the app again or restoring a purchase after deletion may recreate information needed to provide the service.
We use safeguards including encrypted billing communications and encrypted backup files. This does not mean that every local data item is independently encrypted by the app.
6. International processing, rights, and changes
The purchase-related information described in section 3 is sent to RevenueCat, Inc., which states that it stores customer data in AWS data centers in the United States. This does not upload your vehicle records or photos overseas. Google handles Google Play payment information. We use SAKURA internet for support email, but do not represent that all storage locations, including devices and forwarding destinations, are exclusively in Japan.
Contact the address in section 1 to request access, correction, deletion, or other rights available under applicable law. You can also contact us to withdraw consent for processing based on consent or to raise concerns about our response. We will communicate material policy changes on this page and, where appropriate, in the app.
7. Support enquiries
We use email services provided by SAKURA internet Inc. to send, receive, and store support emails. Support information is handled through these services.
The in-app contact feature fills an email template with your selected category and topic, app name, app ID, and version. A purchase support ID is included only if you choose to include it. You can review and edit the message in your email app before sending. The app does not send it automatically or automatically attach photos or records. The support ID helps locate purchase information; it is not, by itself, proof of identity.
When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, and any device/app details or attachments you voluntarily provide, for responding, verifying requests, and investigating problems. The statement that local records are not uploaded does not mean that we cannot receive information you choose to email us. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or unnecessary vehicle documents or address details.
For requests to access, correct, or delete personal information, we normally notify you of the outcome within 30 days after identity verification. If applicable law specifies a different deadline or starting date, that law takes precedence. We retain support and deletion-request handling records for three years after the request is completed, then delete them, subject to applicable legal retention or deletion obligations. This period applies to support and deletion-request handling records, not to the entire purchase history.
8. Provider information
We use RevenueCat under its standard terms and refer to the Data Processing Addendum (DPA) incorporated into them. RevenueCat states that it processes end-user information to provide its services and protects application data in transit using TLS. Its contractual provisions for subprocessors and international transfers have defined scopes; the name DPA alone does not mean that identical protections apply in every region.
RevenueCat provides a way to delete customer information. This is not the same as deleting Google Play purchase records or issuing a refund. When responding to a deletion request, we distinguish the scope actually verified from information that remains. We do not promise immediate deletion from all provider backups.
These links describe the providers’ practices and do not replace this app-specific policy.
