1. About the app

愛車の整備予定帳 is provided by ARABEKUTO,K.K. (株式会社アラベクト) (“we”) to organize car and motorcycle maintenance records, document photos, and upcoming reminders. Address: 4-23-6 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0074, Japan. Contact: support@arabect.jp. These terms are specific to this app and are separate from the terms for Goal Progress Journal or our other apps. Effective date: 2026-09-07.

2. Safety and limitations

The app is designed for vehicle owners and people managing vehicles aged 18 and over.

The app does not replace manufacturer instructions, mandatory inspections, professional diagnosis, or safety checks. Automatic reminders use the interval you set and do not diagnose the vehicle. Notifications may be delayed or absent because of permissions, battery settings, or device conditions. Independently check required maintenance dates and do not operate the app while driving.

3. Free features and one-time purchase

Managing one vehicle and using the basic features are free. A single purchase unlocks management of additional vehicles together. It is a feature purchase, not a donation or subscription. There is no per-vehicle charge or automatic renewal. The app has no advertising, before or after purchase.

Before confirming a purchase, review the amount, currency, and payment conditions displayed in Google Play’s purchase confirmation screen. Actual prices vary by your store country and currency.

Restoration requires the conditions specified by the store, including the Google Play account used for purchase. Transfer of purchase rights to another operating system is not promised. The purchase is a non-renewing feature entitlement, not a guarantee of support for every future device or OS or indefinite maintenance. We will meet applicable legal obligations.

Refunds are handled through Google Play and applicable law. If a refund or revocation removes paid access, we do not delete records solely for that reason. The app is designed to keep one vehicle editable and retain others as read-only.

4. Your content and backups

Ensure that you have the necessary rights to the photos and documents you store and respect others’ rights. You do not transfer ownership of your content to us. Keep backups of important information and follow restoration confirmations carefully. A data backup is separate from proof or restoration of a purchase.

Restoring a backup replaces your current vehicles, records, reminders, and photos with the backup contents. Export your current data first if you need to keep it. The app does not save the encrypted backup password; if you forget it, that backup cannot be restored.

5. Misuse and changes

Fraudulent purchases, infringement, unauthorized access, and unlawful use are prohibited. We may change features to address defects, compatibility, or security. Changes or discontinuation materially affecting purchased functionality will receive reasonable notice and treatment required by applicable law.

6. Responsibility and statutory rights

We do not guarantee the completeness of user entries or delivery of every notification. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or mandatory consumer rights. Applicable consumer protections in your region remain in force.
